Nice self contained property in a convenient location not far from the beach and the pedestrian plaza. The property was very clean and check in was a breeze thanks to the electronic digilocks installed on all doors. The loft was in a quiet location with virtually no outside noise coming in. The kitchen was a plus.

Casa Cely is located in Iquique, 1.4 km from Brava Beach, 1.6 km from Cavancha Beach, as well as 1.7 km from Buque Varado. The people running the place were very helpful. I was charged the correct dollar to peso conversion, as my booking was in dollars. The son of the owners spoke really good English which was a great bonus. I liked the communal area where you could sit, have a coffee or tea etc. The location is not far from the beach and it can even be walked. The location of the place itself is in a pretty working class, non glamorous part of the city, but this is to be expected if you look at the price of the place. They also stored me bag for me after I checked out, which was nice as well.

Aotea Hostel Iquique has an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a terrace and barbecue facilities in Iquique. Great staff, very friendly and welcoming and helpful. The beds each have a locker where you can store your belongings safely (they lend you a lock if you don't have one) and for me there was enough space for all my things and I spent a whole 8 days there. The pool and outdoor kitchen area are really nice as well, lovely place to hide away from the too bright sun or relax in the evening. I really enjoyed it. Beach is close by and so are many nice restaurants. I would definitely stay there again if I ever come back.

Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was spectacular. Little kitchen worked well for our purposes. Very comfortable beds. Amazing hot water and shower pressure. Everything very clean and nice. A couple markets nearby (the staff pointed us in the right direction). Obviously, very close to the beach. Not far from the bus station either, which was nice. WiFi worked very well. Great place! We kept extending our stay :)
