It's accessible to many commercial areas, and the hostesses were very kind and absolutely helpful in regard to finding activities to do in Punta Arenas! Breakfast is minimal, but enough to satisfy and prepare you for the day. Rooms are well kept and clean, same goes for the bathrooms as they are prestine.

Located just 1.6 km from Playa Colon, Hostal Buenavista Patagonia provides accommodation in Punta Arenas with access to a garden, a shared lounge, as well as a shared kitchen. we stayed coming to Torres Del Paine and coming back from Torres Del Paine. Our host was very helpful and friendly. the location was great. away from the noise of down town but an easy walk to the bus station. there us a great view point just a few blocks away and a great view from the back deck. It was very clean with a modern European feel to it. There was a tiny pizzeria just two doors down. the pizza was delicious.

The host was very attentive and even fixed us a dinner as we arrived late at night. Highly recommend to stop by and make conversation with the host!

Hostal América is a brand new Mediterranean-style building, located in Puerto Natales and run by its owners. The property also offer free Wi-Fi throughout the property and parking on site. The people who work at Hostal America are so lovely and helpful! They let us leave our bags for no fee while we did the w trail in Torres del Paine. They also recovered something we accidentally left and kept it safe for us until we got back from our backpacking trip. The breakfast is delicious and the room is very comfortable. It is also quiet and very close to the bus station, with the town center just a 10 min walk away.
