It was perfect for us, since we suddenly found ourselves isolating with Covid. The ingredients for breakfast were brought to the cabin each evening, allowing us to get up, cook, and eat on our own schedule. The kitchen was very well equipped and very functional. The location was very quiet and secluded - perfect for exploring Huerquehue National Park. The host couple was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back!

The place is well located and very quiet, and the room is extremely comfortable and clean. The breakfast is great and we were treated with delicious watermelon and a nice omellete. The location is one block away from the Costanera and the Mapuche Feria and Ruka. The managers/owners are kind and professional. I loved my stay!

Featuring free WiFi access, Hostal Graciela offers accommodations only 50 metres from the city centre of Pucón, 3 blocks from Enjoy Casino and 4 blocks from Playa Grande Beach. Nice hostel at very good location. Very nice and helpful hosts. We had twice a very early check-in and could also leave our baggage in storage. Breakfast was very good (with eggs, fresh fruit etc).

Carolina was so friendly and helpful - to the point that she drove us around town trying to find someone to get us up to the ski resort the next day! We don't speak Spanish so Google translate came in handy but she was very patient with us! Lovely hostel with communal kitchen and cosy lounge downstairs.
