Rosemarie is the real gem of this property! She speaks several languages and is fun to talk with. She was helpful in every way and let us use a little space in her fridge and freezer. Her custom breakfasts ( always with FRESH bread) were great. 😋 And the booklet of free activities available there from the canton are great; we needed more time to see more of them.

Familjeägda Hotel de Commune ligger bara 15 minuters bilresa från Neuchâtel, och erbjuder skiduthyrning, skidförråd och rum med trämöbler. This is a hidden gem located in a quaint town in the Swiss Alps. The hotel looks unassuming from the outside but the rooms were newly remodeled. The owner was amazing. He even offered us an extra room for free so all four of us didn’t need to be together in one room. All of the staff were super kind and helpful. The restaurant located on the main floor of the hotel was exceptional with a Michelin recognition. Very traditional French cuisine. The included breakfast had some of everything: pear tart, croissants, mini crème brûlée, fruits, meats, several cheeses and breads, oatmeal etc. if I could give them more than a 10 I would. we would definitely stay here again.

Le Faubourg 29 ligger i Neuchâtel, 21 km från Internationella klockmuseet, och erbjuder boende med en trädgård, gratis privat parkering och en terrass. What a gem of a place, I did expect it to be nice, but it’s beyond nice. It’s super beautiful both inside and outside. Interior is done tastely, keeping beautiful classic look but with modern parts where you need them. You feel like you’re in castle. The thing that bothered me before coming is a separate toilet but that just across the room, nothing to be worried about as it’s great as well. The room by itself is big and beautiful the kitchen area great as well.

Le Manoir de l'Oselière & Spa ligger i Les Hauts-Geneveys och erbjuder boende med utsikt över staden samt en trädgård, en gemensam lounge och en terrass. we stayed in this beautiful Manoir for the second time and really enjoyed our stay. very relaxing atmosphere, very clean, great private spa and a very nice dinner with fantastic fondue in a private setting (great in these special times now) together with the hospitality and the beautiful area around (fully recommend to go up the hill to enjoy the great view from Tete de Ran or Vue des Alpes), its proximity to charming Neuchatel, make this place perfect! we definitely welcome back again! La Petite Thielle is located at the foot of the Jura mountains, in a quiet area of villas. It offers free WiFi and free parking, and is just a 5-minute walk from Cressier train station. Very friendly hosts who went out of their way to help me with transport and advice. The breakfast was superb and I enjoyed the company of the host.
