Superb customer service, the owner went out of their way to drop and pick us up to and from downtown since we didn't bring a car.

Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. nice people, excellent communication before and during our stay, rooms are kept nicely up to date and in excellent condition. best of all, this is a very, very clean place. they obviously take pride in their charming little hotel.

Boasting mountain views, The Sanctuary Retreat & Spa features accommodation with patio, around 5.6 km from Salt Spring Golf & Country Club. Beautiful tranquil place in the forest. I would definitely return; the suite was spotlessly clean & well laid out with an amazing view from the large window in the bedroom.
