When I was suffering from altitude sickness (very common on your first night in Potosí) the staff were very accommodating, offering to make me a cup of coca tea or take me to the clinic if I wanted (I opted for the tea and was fine after). They offer lots of tours and recommendations for your stay in Potosí. Breakfast is also included; we decided to eat in the market, but it looked good!

The room was clean and comfortable, though not soundproof, so you can hear people on the stairs. The shower was a bit weak, but fine for a short stay. Service was excellent— the owner was very accommodating, offering a generous breakfast (50 bolivianos for 2) before our Solar trip. She even contacted the tour agency and provided a hat, which was helpful. They also sell essentials and souvenirs at fair prices. The couple running the place is wonderful, and we’d definitely stay again in Uyuni.
