Everything, the location was very close to the local beach and local restaurants and the rooms had everything we needed for our stay. Everything was as described. The owners are really communicative and responsive and also extremely helpful. We had a slight personal issue and the owner went above and beyond to help us. I don't often give 10s but this property and owners definitely deserve it. Will definitely rebook in the future.

We stayed in one of the apartments on the third floor. The kids were absolutely impressed. We loved the place, the people, the room, the view, the food. Amazing.

Guest House Simon Green offers accommodation in Balchik. Each room at this guest house is air conditioned and is fitted with a flat-screen TV. Certain rooms feature a seating area where you can relax.... Great value and very accommodating. The patio outside was lovely for having coffee in the morning. Staff let us check out late so we had time to see the palace and botanical gardens.

We loved everything, it was clean, quiet, very comfortable. We had a mini fridge in the room, TV, Wi-Fi, there was hot water, the beds were comfortable, so everything we could wish for. We loved the fact that the four of us could stay in the same room. It has a garden as well with trees, swings and a space where you could eat outside. There are also balconies where you could eat or just hang out. The hosts were incredibly nice and helpful and we really appreciate it. We strongly recommend it.

It was very nice and clean, we really didn't needed or expected anything more. I was a bit worried due to the fact that there were no reviews but it was actually better than we could have hoped for. There are plates and cups if you need them and te garden is very nice with tables and swings. The host was very polite and helpful during our stay and answered and acomodated our requests.
