It is a little difficult to translate all the positive impressions of my stay into detailed information. Here an old manor house has been transformed into a wonderful, modern but homely hotel. It is probably aimed primarily at wellness guests, but it is also well suited for business travelers. The owner welcomes guests with great warmth. Even if she does not speak perfect English (or German), you can communicate very well with her. My really spacious room or suite was on the 2nd floor. In the bathroom part of the suite there was an elegant/luxurious free-standing bathtub (which I did not use), there is a separate shower with fantastically fluffy bath towels and good care products, as well as a separate toilet. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired, eggs and bacon are freshly prepared. Croissants, fresh bread and home-made jams complete the whole thing. When I carelessly expressed my desire for Earl Grey tea the night before, it was probably bought especially for me for breakfast. I have never experienced such attention before!!! I had not asked for it and had not even hoped for it!

This is a wonderful small inn. We were cheerfully greeted by the gracious and friendly host and hostess. Our room was large, comfortable and thoughtfully decorated. Both the dinner and breakfast featuring local dishes were outstanding. This is a good location for those interested in visiting the Battle of the Bulge sites, as we were.

Only every once in a while you come across a place where everything is just perfect. Beautiful interior, warm welcome by the lovely owners, great garden, cozy rooms with good beds and pillows, different places in the house to lounge and relax, drinks available at a fair price, good coffee(!), a fully equipped kitchen to use, everything is super clean, nice breakfast, souvenirs to shop, private parking next to the house, and the owners love dogs - they made ours feel really welcome. This place feels like home, but better.

The property was lovely with location on the Meuse River, close to restaurants and site seeing. The hosts were lovely and optional breakfast was excellent. Lovely views.
