Grapevines Boutique Accommodation is located in Pokolbin, 400-metres from the main road. Cessnock City Centre is 15 minutes’ drive away. It’s a family-run-in business, so we got a very warm welcome like some part of them. The owner is so helpful and friendly giving us lots of useful local information, but very respectful of our private time. The location is great in the heart of the vineyard zone, easy to take a short drive to many cellar doors and wine houses. Just some units of property, we didn’t need to stand in line for checking in and out. The room is spacious and spotless with cosy decoration. There is a small succulent and rose garden in front of the room, and panoramic views only some steps beyond. Waking up in the early morning, we enjoy a fantastic stroll through the vineyard, snapshots of kangaroos and floating balloons in the sky.

The units are equipped with air conditioning, an oven, a fridge, a kettle, a shower, a hair dryer and a desk. All units are fitted with a private bathroom with free toiletries, while selected rooms include a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave. Featuring accommodation with a pool with a view, mountain view and a balcony, Strathearn Park Lodge is located in Scone. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are available at the bed and breakfast free of charge. The property and room were just beautiful. Can watch TV from the spa bath! It was more like a self contained apartment. Everything we needed was there, and we slept very well. Beautifully appointed, and lots of horses and kangaroos around the property. Breakfast was continental, and was enough for our needs. Many choices of home made preserves, breads, and cereals. Gail was very friendly and accomodating, and any requests were fulfilled.

We stay in the cottage and it was fabulous.
