The location is very easy to find and is very accessible by public transport (tram/train) as there is a tram station outside the hotel. The communication with the host was perfect. The hotel had construction outside but it did not impact us at all as we couldnt hear any of it. The instructions on how to get into hotel were very easy.

It's a family-run hotel where you'll get exactly the kind of treatment you'd expect from a family run place - the hosts are unbelievably nice, accommodating and generous. We got what we needed and much more! If you're someone interested in architecture and interior design this place is really fun to check out - they even have a booklet from the architects' about the design of the interiors. The pool/sauna area is 60s interior dream!

Pension Haus Sanz is located in a green residential area easily reachable from the A2 and A23 motorways. The Vienna State Opera is reachable by tram in 25 minutes. Friendly and helpful staff great breakfast laundry service

A wonderful place to stay, and fantastic communication from Karl. The high ceilings and the big space made the room feel almost meditative, and going into the lovely bathroom every morning I almost thought I was still dreaming. We wished we'd been able to stay longer – both to see more of Vienna and to meet Karl in person. Unfortunately, we missed each other because of our timings but we hope to come back and set that right!

The room gets cleaned everyday like in a hotel, plus new towels are nice to have as well. I would highly recommend this place

Urban Boutique Hotel is located in Vienna’s vibrant 7th district, just around the corner from the Mariahilfer Straße shopping street and 100 metres from the Zieglergasse Underground Station. Everything, the staff was friendly the hotel location is more than perfect for every place. They don't want you to spend money on their coffee and other stuff they say it's for free even though it's not included on the payment. They help you a lot with any questions you got.
