The owner Robert is lovely and one can tell he has put much attention into the property. There are classic parquet floors matched with contemporary furniture. The breakfast is personally attended to by Robert and the coffee is outstanding and accompanies a beautiful spread of bread, deli meats, cheese, yogurt and toppings, and fruit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and hope others get to discover this gem!

The house is situated on a calm street, it was very quiet. Breakfast was very good. Krems is very close - you just need to cross the bridge over the river.

Very clean and comfortable bed. The hostess was gentle and caring. She also suggested a really good burger place ...really great. Will gp back anytime im in the area.

Parking spaces, dining room, tasty and delicious breakfast with a varied choice. Quiet town, you couldn't hear anything, we slept very well. Large room, large bathroom with shower, desk, comfortable bed and very comfortable mattress. The room had a balcony that matched the size of the room. Very clean both in the room and in the hallways and dining room. The staff was a 10+. I ate the most delicious jam made locally by the owner. We visited Vienna and it was very convenient, about 40 minutes to Vienna. There are supermarkets in the area 10-15 minutes by car. To have lunch at noon, we went to another town with enough restaurants. Thanks for having us, it was great.

The guest family was very friendly. We had a lovely chat each morning. They were extremely helpful. One day, I had to park downhill, as the road to the facility was very slippery. The next morning, they drove us to our car and showed us a better way which was not so steep and I had no issue to drive to the facility on remaining days.
