I also ordered breakfast and dinner, and both were very delicious. The room and bathroom are always very clean and comfortable. It's on a hill a little away from the main street, but you can get there in about 5-10 minutes by taxi, and it's in a great location with a panoramic view of the city. I stayed for 3 nights, but I was so impressed by the wonderful home, the family, and the beautiful city that I wanted to stay longer. It's worth more than just a stay.

This is the best hostel I've ever stayed in during 6 months of traveling in South America. The owners really make you feel like you're at home and part of the family. Everyone tends to eat together at the large dining table which is a great way to get to know the other travelers. Some nights there are social events - pizza night, fellow travelers playing music or putting on a show. I loved everything about the atmosphere.

The property is non-smoking and is situated 19 km from Tierra del Fuego National Park. Amazing staff, they were extremely helpful and gave great recommendations and tips. The view from the common breakfast area is stunning and we enjoyed spending time there. The room was adequate and clean. We would definitely come again.

Featuring panoramic lake and sunset views, Hosteria Kaiken is a charming historic house built in 1964 in inner Tierra del Fuego. There is a restaurant. Fagnano Lake is 150 metres away.

With large windows overlooking the lake, rooms at Kaiken are very bright. All of them have private bathrooms. Beautiful hotel and room. The view of Lago Fagnano was incredible.

Very comfy beds, lovely breakfast with freshly made eggs, good heating. The couple running the place were beyond helpful in giving tips, arranging reservations and with a small issue with our car. The location is also walkable downtown but I would say it takes 10 minutes and the way back is a partially uphill

Staff were extremely frinedly and helpful - a map and explanation of where things were was provided and very much appreciated. It was a quiet place, the breakfast was excellent (great variety and service). I always felt safe and secure. It was a nice walk for exercise to downtown. If a taxi was needed the staff called one immediately. It was nice to have a tv turned down low with the news in the breakfast room.

There weren't any problems with earlier checkout and storing the laguage. Quite well located, close to the two good restaurants, supermarket and the beggining of the St Martin street..
