Set in Puerto San Julian, Hosteria La casa de Ketty offers a garden. The inn offers both free WiFi and free private parking. family run place like a motel where can park right out front of unit. impeccably clean, super fast wifi and lots of little extras like free coffee! san julian is a quiet little town and makes for perfect rest spot after long drive. ketty recommended i do a pinocho tour to justice island to see the massive penguin colony (and babies still with their fur) and it was great. super close to town.

Susana was the perfect host. We couldn’t have felt more welcome in her Hostería. She cooked for us two nights in a row and it felt like we had a private chef. Breakfast was extensive and delicious with fresh fruits and croissants. We very much enjoyed the view from our room: beautiful sunset over El Calafate with you wild horses running to the lake. We would recommend this Hostería to anyone.

Clean, cozy house. The host is super friendly, and always tries to take care of guests. She responded in a few minutes with whatsapp, so I could feel free to ask for help.

The breakfast included in our stay was amazing—the homemade bread was simply incredible, and we loved the variety of food offered each morning. This charming accommodation is worth every penny we paid. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a proper and relaxing retreat in El Calafate. It’s conveniently located within walking distance of downtown, yet just far enough from the main street to ensure a peaceful atmosphere.
