Renato couldn't have been more helpful with regards to parking, giving us suggestions as to how to plan our time in Shkoder and his suggestion for restaurant Fisi was possibly the best meal we had in Albania.

They were so accommodating to our requests, they made our stay very comfortable and we had some nice chats. Also their mother’s food was sooo amazing. Her breakfast was delicious and definitely make sure to try her dinner. I will miss having her breakfast on the terace with the view of the mountains and fresh air. The rooms were very cozy and you had an amazing view of the valley. We woke up every morning for the sunset. Honestly I enjoyed spending time at the guest house more than in town 😂. I wish we coule have stayed more days but if I’m ever back in teth there is no place i would stay than here again. Thank you for making our stay wonderful and hope we get to meet again.

The rooms were very clean and spacious and let’s not talk about the balcony view, it’s just stunning. I thank the staff of Zgiboza Guesthouse for making the stay much more comfortable and pleasant.

The hosts are the kindest souls EVER. The mom of our host did not speak english, still, she sat with us and tried to communicate with us. Sweetest lady. Our Host spoke English and was extremely friendly. So friendly, he has a special place in our heart now. He sat with us, drank with us and he even sat down with us to play UNO. He never played UNO in his life before, so we taught him how to play it and he enjoyed it a lot. He even won multiple times :) He shared stories with us and was extremely keen on helping us with everything. We only spent one night here, but I wish we could have spent more. This place is healing.
