Facilities are functional, bed comfy, air con in room etc. If kind people matter to you, where you can talk with staff as friends, or do your own thing in privacy just sharing a "good-morning", this is the place to stay. Multiple lunch / supper food choices at a full range of prices a short walk down the hill. If walking the hill too much, (to get the view in the photos you have to be a couple hundred feet up) one of Roberts friends will drive you for a nominal fee. Included self serve breakfast is cereal, toast, fruit, yogurt, cold meats, cheese, hard boiled eggs which was good.

The staff are awesome, especially Mr Prince, he did everything to make our stay very accommodating, he picked us up from the airport, he's in time, also he gave us a lot of options regarding tours, you can use his taxi services or take a bus at the west bus station if you are on budget, the guesthouse is right in st John's, no taxi needed to go anywhere in st John's. Our stay was beautiful.
