528 Victoria Falls is a family owned and run property. There are staff to do all aspects but very friendly family give you really good advice and assistance on the where, when and how of your visit. Quiet and peaceful setting, like an oasis of calm after a hectic day exploring Victoria Falls. Excellent all round. Very friendly and homely atmosphere. Our stay was short but we thoroughly loved it.

I reached the place and according to the specs I thought it was a hotel. I reached the guest house on Monday 10th not sunday as expected and explained the reason that I missed my flight and expected a refund this was not done. Breakfast was not part of the usd100. I left the guest house on Friday not saturday as expected and i informed the in advance and expected a refund. They told me all this is for bookings.com to hadle. I am wondering whether I will get a refund of usd 200 from bookings.com

This small hotel is very well located in a quiet area, about twenty minutes' walk from the park entrance (or a cab for $6/8). It's beautifully decorated and very pleasant, with plenty of places to rest.

Great location with views of the falls spray and wildlife. Most of the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was substantial with some fresh fruit and a lady cooking eggs to order.

Staff has been very kind and provided solutions to all our potential requests. Rooms are beautyful and rich of typical artesanal artifacts. Good breakfast. It's not so near to Victoria Falls city center, but staff set up quickly a sort of private taxi service that brings you in the center. At a cheap price the taxi wait us have dinner to bring us back to Tabokana. Anyway it takes just 10 minutes to get to the restaurants and markets. I'll come back to Tabokana if I'd be in Victoria Falls again.
