The hospitality, cleanliness (white bedding) friendliness and professionalism of staff. Above all the homely atmosphere and furnished rooms. My room had a dedicated working space, tea station, a TV , Fridge, microwave, heater, an extra blanket, and home cooked meals just to mention a few, and the strong Wifi Connection, everything I needed was there.

We had access of heater as it was cold. And when I asked for more blankets we got. And hot water was available. The place is very private which was a good thing I would like to come back again some other time.

Great location beside a lake. Carl and his wife were very friendly and accommodating. As there were no restaurants nearby, we were made pizzas for supper and provided with beer to accompany them.
The welcoming was exceptional, the lady was super nice, friendly nd respect quest's privacy. Breakfast was beyond my expectations wow super nice. The cleaner was so professional too. The whole set up was amazing. The room was bigger than we thought. We really felt at home. We didn't even realise there's loadshedding, lights were always on. The location is exactly where it supposed to be. That area is quiet nd peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay. 10/10
