Our host, Buelah, couldnt do enough to make us welcomed into her home. The furnishings are beautiful. The view stunning, there was nothing that I had a problem with. She supplied a fridge for our use and let us invite friends around for a braai. I really couldnt have asked for anything better. She is a great source of information about the history of Schafli Manor and the surrounding area. I will stay there again. 5 stars.

For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
We were unhappy with the rooms we booked. But they kindly moved us into a cottage with bunk beds. But we liked them as we wanted to stay together or stay near each other. They also refunded us as the cottage was cheaper than the rooms.
An exceptional hotel. Only eight rooms, so it felt very special. The room was ultra luxurious with the most incredible view. The food was superb. The staff very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The location is next to a fabulous beach, unspoilt and quiet. The hotel grounds were beautiful. I would love to stay again soon.
We were in the self-catering unit and it was clean and lovely. Beulah is a wonderful host. We had a view from the verandah.
We loved the quiet and tranquil atmosphere although we only slept there because we were preparing for my daughter's wedding at Stonehaven. We had a wonderful time.
Beautiful accommodation with a great location and sea view. We particularly liked the warmth of our hostess, who really gave us lots of recommendations. I also forgot something in the accommodation after our stay and she immediately made sure that we got our things back. Really anything but a given and therefore an absolute recommendation from me
