Unbeknown to me there was a New Year’s party organized and it was perhaps one of the best I’ve ever attended.
Staff are very helpful and speak English very well.
I was welcomed upon arrival with a very nice cup of hot coffee. Perfect timing after a long bike ride.
Really fun games session preceded the new year’s countdown. Although that’s not normally my thing everyone made it really easy to join in. Very relaxing atmosphere.

What really stood out was the owners personal hospitality and helpfulness, helping us and being more of a friend sharing some beers in the evening and helping with both bus tickets and finding the most beautiful waterfall.
As an bonus he also have made several of the nice furniture in the rooms.

For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
Our family really enjoyed our trip in Quy Nhon, partly thanks to the great choice of Sea Star Hotel for our 2-night stay. The hotel has a wonderful location in the city center, offered perfect quietness for a good night sleep and was super clean. We appreciate the hotel's good job, it made our stay memorable and super easy.
Great location with a private beach. Owners and volunteers are very friendly and welcoming. Events happening daily during the day and evenings at the hostel which are great fun. They also organise trips to other places too e.g. an island, waterfall. Very easy to meet other people and to relax
A nice place to get away with family. Especially those with kids. The pool is huge and not so crowded. Almost empty. Big pool for kids and toddlers. The room is spacious. Huong Bien restaurant within the resort offers reasonable seafood price and a variety of comfort food. Private beach is just beautiful and quiet. Coco coffee shop has nice view and their drinks are delicious.
Great location in a non tourist fishing village on a fairly quiet road, from our room we could see and hear the sea. The guesthouse is run by a nice young family. Though they don't speak English it's easy to communicate with google translate. At the far end of the beach is Cococamp, a really excellent restaurant which is open all day and in the evenings. You can get a boat, 10 mins, to the nearby island which has beautiful beaches.
It's very central but in a little side street so also quiet. Just a few minutes from the beach. The room was very big and light and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was powerful and there was a glass separation so the whole bathroom didn't get wet!(unusual for many cheaper places in Vietnam).The staff were kind and helpful. I totally recommend it.
Private apartment on a higher floor in a high-rise building, where the neighbours are local people. Wonderful beach view (beach is like 50 m from the building), great location (nice and quiet, but lots of cafes and restaraunts nearby), super friendly and helpful hosts. We (a family of 4) spent a week there and couldn’t be happier with our stay in Quy Nhon.
This house is located right on the beach, just a 2-minute walk away. There are many restaurants and local eateries nearby, but the house is still very quiet. The architecture is traditional Vietnamese, with a lovely front garden. The interior is also very charming. The host is friendly and helpful, and speaks English very well.
The property was in a great location, the rooms are nice, clean and comfortable they have everything you need and the price is so cheap compared to others. A must stay also, the owner was a great host and helped us to find a great Taxi service even helped us when we weren’t staying with him in the next town. He also, has a fabulous Mexican Restaurant that is so authentic with delicious food 👍
