Large comfortable room just off the main street. Great location for getting to boat tour and accessing restaurants etc. Hired bikes from homestay and explored the local area. Lovely quiet roads through beautiful scenery.

This is the first time staying at the homestay and YES, it is a great experience. The host is friendly and welcoming. The homestay is at the excellent location, middle of Ninh Binh Railway and the attractions. Surrounded by the mountains and the lush of the trees. I specially like the size of the room and large comfortable beds. The free breakfast was nice and there are free bikes you can rent to go around.

Impressive building with big private rooms . A large & well maintained swimming pool. Comfy beds with good quality linen. Kettle and refrigerator in room. Nice choice of breakfast options. Very tasty as well. Comes with coffee, tea and juice. Great location within a short walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Luxury rooms at very affordable rates. Great value for money. This is my go to stay when in Tam Coc area.
If you are looking for a resort near the city center, this place is not suitable. It is very quiet and far from the city center. The rooms here are basically decorated, not luxurious, with cheap rates, and the staff are friendly.

The Homestay is in a great location down a lane from the main street and bus station so close to the bars and restaurants. The hosts were very welcoming and offer a great breakfast in the mornings with a choice of food and drink from a menu and also fresh fruit. The pool was lovely and the area is nice and quiet despite being so close to the main strip.
We really enjoyed our time here and it was a pleasure to meet such a lovely family.
Such a lovely family running a very clean, comfortable homestay in a really great location in a quiet village near trang an (but still with restaurants). All the family went out of their way to be welcoming and helpful and didn't get annoyed when we checked in at 5am, kept our bags safe while we borrowed a scooter to go to cuc phuong overnight and even gave us water and bananas for the journey.
Also the food was the cheapest around and very tasty and fresh!
Great location just off a quiet side street from the main Tam Coc road. Lovely decor and super helpful staff. Great views from the roof of Ninh Binh and the limestone karsts. Limited breakfast options but was still tasty considering the price of the stay. We hired a scooter from the homestay for very cheap too! Fantastic value for money.
Very cute and quaint facility - clean private rooms and nice well kept open air grounds . Perfectly located just outside the busy city center but close enough to get around. They had plenty of bikes you could use to ride around and they were conveniently located just across a very nice paved biking/ walking trail through the beautiful countryside. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Huế provided exceptional reception services and information about the area.

Hosts are really kind, all the family. The welcome is with a really good ginger tea, for the dinner you can choose whatever you want from their menu, meal is real cheap and tasteful. For the lunch they prepare for us fresh fruits, smoothie, coffee or tea and 1 of the option for the breakfast.

Superb location, quiet, overlooking some farm land, and only a cheap 4-5 minute taxi ride to the lively bars and restaurants of Tam Coc. We used Grab and always got ourselves a car within just a few minutes.
9 Stars, because this really is a great attempt at a luxury boutique hotel and offers incredible value for money but there are a few small niggles. The staff are awesome and were super friendly and informative.
