First Mr.Thanh and his wife were extremely helpful, welcoming and smiling. The homestay is an absolute beauty with incredible lush gardens, a water pond full of fish, everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay. To top it all food was grrrreat and staff always there to help. Great value great price what else do you need ? They even have a heated pool, therapeutic herbal bath tubs to complete your relaxation. They have it all ! I highly recommand this place 100%.

A good location if you don’t mind walking into town and like to be away from the noise and lights. Good communication with the host over WhatsApp; we extended our stay and got fresh towels provided. The room is very big, with two big beds and toilet inside.
It's in the centre of Sa Pa', very close to everything.
The lady and her family are very friendly and nice, they welcomed us and they helped us with the information we needed.
Since it's cold, they provided us with 2 heated covers+2 normal covers.
The water in the shower is very hot.

For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
Super friendly hosts. Comfortable bed, modern bed linen, nice balcony. Perfect quiet location with great vegan restaurants nearby.

Simple, authentic, quiet accommodation at a family's home. We stayed in the bungalow, it was big enough, the bed was comfortable, there was cold shower inside and warm shower outside in another building. Breakfast was good with pancakes, bananas, chocolate syrup, honey. The first day's coffee was very good.
Great location. Walking distance from the trails. Lovely homestay with great family. Sapa fields can be seen from the window and you can hear waterfalls in the back. Perfect country stay!
Everything is good. Price is cheap. Location is in the city center, close to the border with China, so I could easily walk there. Standard for this price is much higher compared to Chinese hostels in similar prices (especially much cleaner). The lady in the reception speaks English.
