Pretty close to Night Market, a mere 5 minutes walk & walkable distance to old town. Nice Japanese food just 3 minutes away, Ni Sushi. Enjoy Hoi An even if it rains whole day as everyone also walking in the rain. Hotel lady not so happy that we do not use her contact when buying nuts & etc as her price is much higher. Bamboo basket ride is worth going for. Good place for tailoring your own suits as well as nearly half of Hoi Ann is filled with tailoring shops.

The management (owners)at the hotel are friendly and very accommodating. They are always willing to help and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Their breakfasts are amazing and their extra measures to be eco friendly are refreshing. The hotel is super clean and I liked the lift they used to take your luggage to your floor. Location is great and it is a short walk to ancient town.

The staff was fantastic and was extremely helpful in assisting us whenever we needed information about anything. Lilly and Tony were super sweet. We enjoyed the yummy breakfast, the lovely pool, and a great room.
We were grateful for the use of the bicycles that were provided.
All in all, it was a great experience and we highly recommend this accommodation. We would definitely come back!

The host family are very kind and helpful. Even with the language barrier they do their best to make you feel at home. The house is close to the main touristy areas but on a quiet street at night. The rooms are very clean. There are bicicles that you can get for free. I without a doubt would stay here again!

What a gem!! I extended several times because this hostel felt like a second home to me and it made me enjoy Hoi An so much more. The vibe, the staff, the place - it was just LOVELY, what can I say. They serve a simple breakfast with coffee and tea in the morning, offer a free water refill and come with a lot of recommendations for the town. You can rent scooters or bikes here and also book tours (cooking class, coffee workshop..) The beds had curtains (no bunk beds) and I slept really well, it was quiet at night. Small lockers for valuables and enough space to store your things under the bed. There are regular activities like family dinners, game nights, vietnamese class etc Really fun and enjoyable!! :)) Also a big table in the entrance area, perfect for socializing. The location is right in the city center but still in a more quiet area.

Great location, very central but a couple of streets back from the busy riverside area so nice and quiet! Room was comfortable - we had one with a balcony - and had everything we needed. Laundry service was available and staff helpful in getting us a private transfer to our next location
We feel we really lucked in finding this place. A great sized room with its own large swimming pool. So quiet, and private. Kim, and her staff, are exceptional. She is a tailor also and made some items for us which were superior to those we had made from a tailor in the old city. This section of the coast is still under developed which makes it quiet and easy going- that won’t last. Having 4 private swimming pools is such a luxury!
This place is delightful. The decor, both indoors and outdoors, is charming. The rooms are incredibly spacious and exude luxury. The staff members are exceptionally friendly. The breakfast spread is impressive, offering a wide variety of choices. They even provide complimentary bikes for exploring the city center or beach. Our time here was thoroughly enjoyable.

Great location for exploring the old town, in walking to distance to everything while being on a nice quiet back street. Bicycles were available for free, and motorbikes available for rent at a cheap rate. Room was spacious and comfortable and the private bathroom was very nice. The lady on reception was super helpful and offered lots of information about tours, transport etc. The concierge / doorman was also super helpful and assisted us with bicycles, mopeds and our luggage every time.
