Clean and friendly staff! Spacious room and you have your own ensuite with a nice shower. My room was next to a cute balcony full of plants :D The location was very good. I was able to walk to restaurants and the dragon bridge, which was visible from that balcony.

The Homestay isn't located where most hotels/hostels are at the busy streets. It's in a quiet neighbourhood but on the back of a grab you're almost everywhere in the city within 10-20 mins. The room was absolutely stunning and perfect to relax in after a long day outside of exploring the city and beaches. I was there during summer, so when I came back in the evening the room was super hot but you have a ventilator and an air conditioner so the room cools down within few minutes. M favourite thing about my room was that around sunset you'd get an amazing light in your room and it was absolutely perfect for reading my book. Room was very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back, if I return to Da Nang someday. Highly recommend!

Great value for money! Pros: AC, TV, bottled water, toothpaste and toothbrushes, hairdryer, helpful staff, reasonable prices for private cars to go to Hoi An (although my friend found a cheaper option online by 50k VND), nearby attraction points, including the airport located at less than 3 km away.
Quaint, boutique hotel, located in a quiet neighbourhood. We liked the daily breakfast spread which was more than adequate for our needs. Staff were friendly and very helpful with local suggestions.
Hotel is as advertised. Quiet, small, boutique hotel in great location. Walking distance to beach and many restaurants. Staff very pleasant. I suspect there is a small local water heater for the room. Good value, big room. Really close to a well reputed bike rental place as well.

We loved the location as it was local and quiet, yet the city centre and beach areas are accessible within 10-15 with a scooter or Grab.

Great location, plenty of excellent cheap restaurants close by, numerous motorbike rental options within 2 minutes walk. 5 minutes from the beach, popular nightlife area but hotel is very quiet.

Secure motorbike parking just across the road, laundry close by and staff will book you a grab taxi to airport (112,000 vnd) if needed.
Had the best sleep of the trip here. Very comfortable beds and very quiet. Great facilities and little extras in the room, made good use of the washing machine, it felt very luxury in comparison with other places for the same price. Great location too, nice pool area and very friendly staff – would 100% recommend.
