We stayed in a private room - massive bed, air con and fan. Shared bathroom was clean. The property is in a great location and Lyn is so helpful with booking tours and anything you need to know about your stay. The waterfall day tour was such good value for money and so much fun - definitely book it!
We loved the very quiet and private location in a beautiful garden, the two cute friendly dogs, and the facilities.

Great location in a quiet square of Cao Bang , just next to the local bus station , perfect if you plan to go in the countryside by public transportation +++++ Very friendly and helpful family , cosy dorm too , I will be happy to come back next time !
New building, therefore all the facilities are new, homestay with a sweet family, every day we meet with them in the evenings, drink tea and eat fruit. The building and the room are clean and polished. The building is a little outside the city center so it's quiet, I also rented a motorcycle from them for a few days to go to the waterfalls and villages in the north
I stayed there much longer than I planned and I already felt at home.

Everything was absolutely perfect. Those sweet people took care of us like we were family. The room is spacious and clean with all you need. The laundry service is fast and cheap. The localisation is good yet very quiet at night. My boyfriend was sick and they did everything they could to help him get better. Thank you for everything
Very close to the Waterfalls. It was a quiet place too. The family were very nice and the food in the evening was traditional Vietnamese home cooked meal. It was cheap and value for money.
