We don’t often give a 10 but we couldn’t fault this hotel. The estate is beautiful - an ideal retreat to relax in and enjoy some excellent food and wine. The vineyard suite exceeds expectations in design, comfort and style with every amenity you could wish for and its private terrace is an added bonus. The staff are extremely efficient and helpful and we have to give a special thank you to Cecilia the sommelier for a superb matching of wines to an excellent tasting menu.

Great host, Gustavo dropped me at the bus stop after my stay. Beautiful garden, really nice room and a great shower. They had bikes for riding to the bodegas, which was the perfect way to get around.

Nice quiet location that allows you to walk into the town and through the park at the side of the river. Secure parking. Swimming pool. Very comfortable bed and a nice breakfast. Dinner in the open plan restaurant with a reception area and an open fire. Bonus of a family of Toros (national bird of Uruguay) poking around the lawn in the morning for a bit of bird watching after breakfast!
