What an amazing small hotel right on the water. Cory and Maureen could not have been more helpful or nicer. We felt welcomed and would love to stay again! Our room was superb with views right on the harbor. Loved sitting on the deck watching the boats come and go. Excellent breakfast delivered to the room on the dot. Fabulous.

Reserved this place due to location and price. Economy Queen was a little small for 2 adults , but manageable. Stairs to third floor were steep and narrow-single person only. Room could get a little stuffy in the afternoon (low 80s).

Kitchen area and dinning room were very nice, colorful, clean and well appointed. Main bathroom was clean, fully stocked, and worked great. Second bathroom was pretty tight to get in, but the sink and toilet were servicable and clean. We had two wonderful meals at the Harp & Bard restaurant/Pub close to the property.

For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.

The house is near to Logan airport, a short drive after a long flight. The room is soundproof so you can’t hear the aircraft. It’s almost on the water so the sea is lovely to walk to. Its decor is quirky, it is welcoming and homely. The in-room air conditioning worked very well.Breakfast was excellent with very good coffee and our host was very attentive and friendly. The procedure for arrival was efficient and easy to follow as was the allocated private parking.
The staff were very friendly, special praise for Howard who booked an Uber taxi for us from his personal account as our 'phones wouldn't work in USA - good location for the city and the airport without being noisy and busy - quiet neighbourhood. Would recommend for a couple of days break in Boston.
Convenient place to stay, only 10 minutes by taxi from Boston Airport. Set in a nice and quiet neighbourhood, except for the occasional aircraft. It was a 30 minute walk to the railway station and then a 10 minute journey to the centre of Boston.
