The breakfast was amazing! That was the highlight of our stay. Bree was wonderful. Very friendly, hospitable and a great cook. The place is awesome because of some of the interesting furnishings and its potential. The price was good for a B and B.

John and Debbie are excellent hosts and their home is a wonderful place to stay with so much history. We loved Debbie's breakfast, there was plenty of choice including tasty treats, fresh fruit, different toasting options, coffee, tea and juice. Waynesville is a great location with plenty to do and see in the area, just off the Blue Ridge Parkway and close to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

This was my Wife and I's first Bed and Breakfast experience and I gotta say, Hotels have nothing on it! The experience felt so personal and cozy Clean room with a lot of character! Snacks when we walked in the door! Homemade too! And breakfast was amazing every morning! Views were magical from our balcony and from the main dining room! Never had to wait on a thing, staff was amazing! Comfy bed with even more comfy sheets!

5 minute walk to downtown shops and restaurants. Breakfast was very good with a variety of fruit, croissants, breads, and little quiches. More than we could eat. We had a very quiet room on the top floor.

John, the host of the inn, was very pleasant, gave us a history lesson of the Bed and Breakfast, and the town of Waynesville. He made several recommendations of sights to see and where to eat. We took advantage of those and enjoyed every thing he suggested! The inn is very nice, very clean and the breakfast was enjoyed by all.

Charming and cosy. The owner has put a lot of love and effort into the property. Facilities are excellent right down to the smallest detail E.g laundry detergent and a Smores kit for the fire pit. Outside areas are beautiful. Fireflies, rocking chairs, log fire, BBQ. Lovely quiet setting - so much bird song. Great location for Waynesville, Lake Junaluska and a spring board for the Smokies.
