Breakfast was excellent and it was very enjoyable dining with the other guests as well as having Jen and Adam checking in on us and making sure we had everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable and it was great to have a private bath and deck overlooking Seneca Lake.

Breakfast was amazing and Kim was always very thoughtful about asking each one if they had any preference or special requests.
Location was peaceful and we enjoyed hiking around her property each day with the anticipation of seeing deer along the way. The campfires were the perfect way to wrap of the end of our perfect day.

This is the first review I’ve ever submitted. It was exceptional. Great location for half the price of the higher end hotel one mile down the road for an overnight stay. There is a restaurant/bar on site which was awesome for a nightcap. (Closes at 9) Enjoyed my coffee on the balcony with a beautiful view of the lake. The room is updated, clean, and spacious. Staff were very friendly. If there was a bagel bar with brewed coffee available that would be the icing on the cake.
Lovely stay, very clean rooms and staff was exceptionally friendly. Excellent dinner menu in quiet surroundings. Hope they add in the option for breakfast by the time I come back next year. Highly recommend
