The facilities were very clean and cozy. Staying at this BnB made me feel at home. The property manager, Gabe, made a lovely breakfast of eggs, bacon and pancakes paired with apple cider syrup. Loved every minute!

Super cute rooms, well designed and comfortable. Close to Bryce Canyon and many lovely cafes and restaurants in the area to enjoy. Check in and check out was very easy. Would definitely stay again when in the area. Loved the local cats 😊 very friendly

NO ONE ANSWERING PHONES,OR RETURNED OUR CALLS.
HARD TO FIND, AND NEEDED DIRECTIONS AS MAPQUEST JUST LEAD US AROUND IN CIRCLES.

STUCK US OUT IN THE BOON-DOCKS.
THE AIRCONDITIONER WAS SO LOUD WE HAD TO PUT THE TV ON HIGH VOLUME.
IT HAD A TUB YOU HAD TO CLIMB IN TO TAKE A SHOWER WITH ONLY ONE SMALL HANDICAP HANDLE.
ON VACATION FOR 9 DAYS AT 9 HOTELS. THIS WAS THE WORST!
THIS WAS THE ONLY HOTELK THAT DIDN'T HAVE A BREAKFAST.

For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
Great location near to Bryce Canyon National Park. Good facilities with pool, restaurant, outdoor seating, fireplace, outdoor chess, volleyball, etc. The rooms, incl. bathroom and beds, were fine and quiet, Good value for money in this area.
Very friendly and helpful owners, breakfast cooked to order + fresh fruit, good sized room, very clean and great style, quiet but central location in Moab, arrival with code to room was well organised.
Great location to explore the Bryce Canyon! The B&B is super cute and clean. We stayed in a room on the second floor (room 6) which was relatively quiet and had a nice balcony. In the afternoons we relaxed in the sun in the garden of the B&B.
In the morning the host freshly prepared pancakes, scrambled eggs, fruit, and coffee in the kitchen downstairs and gave recommendations how to spend the day.
You can park your car right in front of the property and several restaurants you can reach by foot.
Homemade breakfast, eggs cooked to your preference, fresh fruit juice, and waffles, excellent breakfast. This is located on a working farm, cute calf walking around...., Violet is her name. Friendly cats roaming around, roosters crowing in the morning, just heaven!!! The owners were just delightful and catered to your needs.
Lovely place to stay! Very welcoming hosts and beautiful house. Our room was comfortable, clean and characterful. Best breakfast of our whole trip! Fresh fruit, cooked waffles with bacon/ pancakes with sausage- delicious! Short drive to Bryce National Park- a sensational location. Would certainly recommend this bed and breakfast - so much more personal than big hotels. Great to hear about the family run farm and get tips about local things, as well as meeting other travellers from different states and countries.
Great location in Tropic. Highly recommendable for those who want to be close to Bryce Canyon and enjoy a relaxed, private atmosphere. Great breakfast included. A great stay on our trip to the National Parks!
