Location was PERFECT for what we needed. I did not try the breakfast because I had a full breakfast waiting for me at another venue. The coffee in the room was good with real half-and-half. The bedroom and bathroom were VERY clean and bright with nice decor. Room had a small refrigerator that actually worked. The cost of the room was relatively inexpensive (compared to others we looked at near by), which made it a good value for how nice it turned out to be.

Great location with its own beach area. I wouldn't be put off by the roadworks at the moment, it didn't affect our stay at all. Helpful staff and a 15 minute walk to some good bars and restaurants. The beds were also very comfortable and the room was a little dated but very clean. Great hotel for the price and location. Huge bedroom too.
A great location, especially to have quiet streets to walk our dog. A nice taste of living in TC, but a quick drive and nice walk to what we need. And there is Potter's bakery right around the corner and the bike path alongside! We have made this our home base two times now, and it serves us well.
