The B&B offers breakfast vouchers for local restaurants, which was very useful for my food allergies and allowed us to have a nice hearty breakfast that is <5 minutes walking distance from the house. The location is also right across the street from a shuttles top to get into the park, thus removing any stress of parking in the park or at a later shuttle stop (so convenient!). Also, the host is SO incredibly gracious and hospitable. We loved the location and hospitality.

Really enjoyed a 2 night stop here .Large comfortable room, quiet, well located for Zion national park.Excellent breakfast, restaurants within walking distance . Great service from the staff on the front desk - we had a problem with our hire car and had to have a new one delivered to the hotel late one Friday evening- the hotel staff took calls from the hire company , relayed the messages and took a genuine interest in making sure our issues with the car were resolved .
Clean, well appointed, bed was first class and importantly the pillows were thick and comfortable. Staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Great location and great surrounds. Quiet surrounds.

Loved the location—so close to everything…the Zion shuttle, restaurants, etc. It was charming, clean, and quiet, perfect after a day of hiking. I took some great pics of stars there, too! The staff was very accommodating and friendly. They had lemonade and cookies when you arrived, coffee was out by 5am, and breakfast was at one of the local restaurants (which was very tasty). We even got to park there before check-in, which was such a convenience.
Located as close as possible to Zion Park, in a charming tourist town, with excellent restaurants and cafes. We were given a spacious housing unit that includes a living room, two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony with an amazing view of the Zion Park mountains. The unit has a rustic feel, everything is made of wood. Parking is free. Very quiet. Warmly recommended.
Cannot remark enough the special stay I had here, everything so charming, beautiful and spotless. Lovely host that explained everything with detail. The room are based on different writers. It was like coming back on time. Perfect location as its just barely 5 min walking to the bus shuttle. I just parked the car and didnt drive it during my whole stay, not needed. Excellent breakfast!!
