Quiet room and good breakfast! Good staff helped at check-in for my colleague. His name was not on the list but the hotel staff tried to find it and got it.

It is a great location for downtown. Restaurants and bars are all walking distance. The hotel itself was beautiful and the staff could not have been friendlier. Great experience and we will return.

The hotel was clean and quiet. Sheets clean, room clean, etc.. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good. My son liked the waffles. Coffee was good. It isn't the Four Seasons or Ritz Carlton, but for the price, it was excellent.

Got there and they had no record of my reservation and waited 30min for no resolution. They at least honored the rate from booking.com but then charged me $75 for a dog. These fees should be stated upfront or on the website. When comparing hotels, there are much cheaper options if you account for that. After travelling for 13hrs all I cared about was a bed but it was a pretty annoying experience while exhausted.

Great location to Upstate University. Very clean, beds comfortable, breakfast options great; however on the Sunday morning, there were 2 sports teams there so breakfast was not as appealimg; i.e., a number of items were gone and seating was sparse. Perhaps specific times could be considered for sports teams to accommodate your other guests.
