Convenient location, could walk to restaurants and shops, also a CVS right in the parking lot. Free continental breakfast was a nice convenience... had packaged muffins, yogurts, platters of scrambled eggs and sausages, a waffle machine, white and wheat bread / toaster, juice and coffee, as well as a microwave for oatmeal. Our room was clean and enough towels / linens for our 3 night stay. The sign on the bathroom sink indicated they would clean your room if requested, but we were fine for 3 nights. Also a refrigerator and microwave, simple coffee maker. Air conditioner worked well. Office and cleaning staff we encountered were very pleasant.

Granville House is always... perfect. The inn is beautifully appointed, wonderfully located and the innkeepers an absolute delight. The breakfast is delicious - especially the orange, olive oil muffins. Everything about the experience is first class.

It is lovely and beautiful! The room was very comfortable. The food was delicious. The people were friendly and accommodating. It’s only a half mile from the Norman Rockwell Museum. The setting is lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and can’t wait to visit again. We recommended it to our son and daughter-in-love!

Simply a beautiful and historic feeling inn. We liked the common spaces and all the little touches like a coffee bar, complimentary snacks, and local recommendations. We loved the area. We enjoyed the breakfast. We will definitely come back!

The restaurant had a prix fixe three-course dinner, I thought expensive at $85, but the gourmet food was absolutely superb and worth it. Service was excellent.

For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
This is the perfect location for any hiking activities near Mt. Everett (8 min drive) with a gorgeous yard and easy access to great restaurants. Paul and Gail are exceptionally welcoming and breakfast was fantastic! Muffins are baked daily so we woke every morning to the aroma of fresh-baked goodies. Combined with the quiet forests and cozy room, it was truly magical!
