Location was primary for me as I came in on the linked light rail. The station is across the street. They also have a 24 hr airport shuttle.

The location was excellent in that it was a short distance from the Capitol Hill tram station, as well as close to bus stops. It was walking distance to numerous restaurants which we took advantage of. Kitchen was well equipped for uncomplicated cooking. Laundry was available on the premises. Apartment had a certain old-world charm which I really liked. Communication with the host/mgr was excellent.

From the staff to the breakfast and the room we stayed in, everything was really great! This was our first time here and we loved it and definitely will be back. What made it even more special was the staff. They were so kind and what made me think more highly of this place is when my mother and I couldn’t use the elevator and had to use the stairs, a housekeeper saw my elderly disabled mother having a hard time walking down the stairs. She went to her, and helped her walk all the way down the stairs. Now that’s going above and beyond. My sister even mentioned this to the receptionist at the front desk of how in awe she was of this housekeeper’s kindness. You know you’re in a great hotel or place when your staff is kind and friendly and speak highly of their job and boss. Anyways, we really enjoyed this wonderful place!!!

The housekeeping and maintenance staff were very helpful, as I was there for surgery at VM. The front desk staff...not so much. Housekeeping staff were very sweet! Maint. staff helped with our luggage and wouldn't accept a tip. Room was generous and clean. Charming old hotel.
For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
The gardens and setting, and the building itself is beautiful. Peaceful and quiet and yet so close to the airport. The airport transfers were excellent. We had a wonderful waiter on the first morning for breakfast, he was exceptional. The food was excellent, we would recommend this airport to all and will definitely return when visiting Seattle.
Nice spacious, clean room for a family of four, enjoyed the swimming pool, very conveniently located close to the airport and away from the city center when traveling south, and sound proof (we did not hear any planes).
Excellent breakfast, everything from homemade waffles to cooked eggs and bacon, fruit, yogurt, etc. Coffee maker in room. Nice, big, very comfortable bed, and quiet. There was a pool which, sadly, I didn't have time to use (open long hours, though), and a business center which I did use. Free airport shuttle. Good vending machines.
Hotel is very close to the airport, but about half an hour from the city center. One of the reception staff could not give us any info on public transportation or costs for a taxi to the city center.
As we discovered it is a fixed fee of 40 dollar, it is strange that the reception staff doesn't know this. The metrostation was about 10 minutes walk and far much cheaper.
Bed is comfortable and has a big size. Drainage of sink and toilet functioned very slowly.
