I was traveling on business, was there for less than 15 hours and didn't spend much time in the room or on premises, which looked very nice and worth visiting again on a more relaxed schedule. But the location was great and the price very reasonable. The restaurant looked great, but i didn't get to try it. The patio and outside will be great in late fall, winter and early spring, but August is not kind to the western facing patios.

No pets allowed. I do have allergies on pets. So, I found this place very clean and nice. I think it's more family friendly and there are only several hotels available like this in Arizona. Most hotels smells by pets like you are not staying in hotel, but in zoo. However, I found this hotel very clean and nice. Only thing to recommend is, they should include chicken or beef to breakfast. I am Muslim and I don't eat pork. I asked service several times, is this pork and ignored my message. I stayed a week, but my message was ignored. Hope they can change Pork to Beef or Chicken, so it can be eaten with others as well.

The manager was awesome. I was booked in a downstairs room and there was supposed to be construction the following day and he moved me to an upstairs room where it was quiet.

This place is a treasure! The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. It was convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, etc. We enjoyed everything about it!
For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
The staff were fabulous. When we arrived we had a room overlooking the car park. I asked if there was another room overlooking the garden and they moved us to a villa. Superb. Quiet. Patio on the garden and a small but private pool to share with other villa guests.
Excellent B and B close to downtown Sedona but far enough away to be lovely and quiet. Room was amazing with a beautiful soaker tub, comfortable bed and a lovely secluded patio. A short walk to the shops and restaurants.
The owner, Cheryl, was amazing as well as her staff. Loved the fresh baked goodies that were available all day plus the unlimited tea and water. We will definitely go back again and again.

Location to Scottsdale Old Town was only a few blocks away which we walked to, great location. The whole purpose of our stay was to walk to Old Town.
It looked a lot further away on the map but was pleasantly surprised it was much closer.
The breakfast was good, hot breakfast-had waffle machine for either Red Velvet or regular flavor, both were great.
Beds were clean.
Our room was quiet, it was facing the rear of the building.
