Excellent location near many shops/restaurants/activities. Evermore is a gorgeous old house that has been converted to a guesthouse, - if you like 'boutique' stays, you'll love it. The onsite parking is a huge plus, and access is amazingly simple - you'll receive an entry code before arriving, then simply enter and go to your (lovely) room where you'll find a guide with instructions/information for your stay. Guests have full run of the house, so it's very similar to an 'entire property' Airbnb rental. The breakfast is self-service, so no need to get up early to make a certain timeframe or lose it. Rooms are spacious; the one I stayed in had a desk area, sofa area, an outdoor seating porch, and a large ensuite bathroom with a clawfoot tub. The owner/managers are onsite in an office room, but other than chatting about the house, I didn't feel any need for assistance. All in all, it felt a lot like having a spare home in another city - just show up and stay. And the rates are great - I compared with a newer self-serve hotel stay (the Kenton), and for the same price The Evermore had so much more.

The hosts were very friendly. They also had practically anything you could need if you forgot anything. Shampoo, toothpaste, cotton swabs, there was a water bowl and water if you bring a dog, there was a safety gate on the deck for small dogs and children, plenty of towels, coffee, continental breakfast. Friendly, welcoming innkeepers in a charming home in a very pleasant neighborhood. My room was very appealing and comfortable, breakfasts were a total pleasure, and the kitchen teakettle was always available whenever I wished to make myself a mug of tea.
For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
Very friendly staff and the guest were friendly too. We got a good breakfast recommendation only 3 blocks away. It was a bit noise when walking in - my room, however, was quiet. For parking: there is a smart-park garage only 1 block away and much cheaper than the offer by the hotel.
A wonderful 2 night stay at this quiet motel just outside the city centre. Huge room, warm shower, comfy bed and cable TV. Nothing overly fancy - for anyone from the UK it’s like staying at a Premier Inn. Would stay again!
The location was walkable to all trams and city locations. The room was spotless and very comfortable with a touch of luxury. The parking in the basement is also cheaper than the city locations. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Complimentary coffee at reception was a nice touch.
