The woman who checked me in was very nice and helped me out when I first arrived early in the day. The location is great for the convention center if you take the right streets. When going to the hotel, I didn't know what streets to take and I passed a block of homeless people which was a pretty sad sight.
The breakfast was decent (... make your own hot waffles, oatmeal, hardboiled eggs, croisants, mini poppy seed muffins and mini danishes, yogurt, and tea/coffee/juice. On Saturday morning there was even bacon and mini-omeletts. Breakfast is taken away promptly at 9am.

The hotel is in a great location in the city centre, close to all the attractions, shops and subway stations. It's a modern hotel with all the facilities you need. All the staff were amazing and so friendly, and we particularly enjoyed interacting with the bar staff who were especially welcoming. The room was a great size with a huge bed and TV and the bathroom was spacious and had all the space you need.
Quiet neighbourhood, walking distance to city center and main sights, close to many shops, hassle-free coded locks (apartment and building entrance), large TV screen, handheld shower head (very rare in the US).

The location was great, cheaper than being in the city center but still close enough to walk to almost everything we wanted to see. There was a friendly concierge at the front desk which added to the feeling of safety. Having a door code rather than keys really increased the convenience of the place.

Room had all amenities needed, with a comfortable bed and sofa. Great location close to the city centre and transport links, however, was quiet inside the room and was not disturbed.
