Nice staff. Affordable at a so-so price; I don't feel like I got robbed, and there are definitely worse options. No disturbances during this visit. Not for everyone, but adequate for my needs. And not sure what it is, but I really love the fragrance they use.

For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
The bed was incredible!!!! Honestly So comfy.
Location was great for me. Lots to eat near by and groceries and gas minutes away. Lots of parking even late at night which surprised me. Felt super homey and was great to have a washer and dryer and full kitchen. I almost forgot there was a dishwasher! Fresh coffee in the morning was a great touch. Also meant i spent less in Starbucks!
I also noticed how quiet it was.
I was worried that having neighbours would be an issue but it was super quiet pretty much around the clock.
We had an exceptional experience at the most elegant Bed and Breakfast in Texas. The owners give you a sense of family. The room was very comfortable, the shower, closet, the bed was fantastic.
Easy access and parking. Reasonable breakfast. Mini shop very convenient. Very quiet place.
