Patrick is a great host and the guest house is really well placed to explore Wells, Orgunquit and Kennebunkport. The house is obviously loved and decorated beautifully as well as having a great ambience. Breakfast was a joy both in terms of the food Patrick cooked and the conversation with both Patrick and all the other guests in the sun room. We stayed in the original main house and it was great to have a chance to stay in one of the classic houses we had seen on our road trip. The best hotel in town. Very easy to locate, right across the street of the ocean, staff were the best, parking available on site, very clean, room was perfect, bed was so comfortable, A/C working very well, room was equipped with everything you need, loved our stay! Our room #15 had a view to the ocean when sitting on the patio. There's nothing bad to say about this place!

A really amazing stay where you get the feeling to travel back centuries. The whole interior design was made with so much detail. Additionally to that with the warm welcome and the delicious breakfast, I really loved staying there.

Our stay was great! The room was clean and the bathroom as well.We really liked the pool, the spa and of course - the great location - just 10 min from city centre and 15 min from the beach. The breakfast was also good - not rich, but had everything you need. The staff was nice and helpful. I perticulary liked the sauna & massage.
We stayed here last year and loved it so much we booked again! Great location, good breakfast and big, comfortable beds. Everything was super clean and rooms are very well equipped with everything you need.
Really great location. Easy walk to Perkins Cove, the Marginal Way, and the Ogunquit Beach areas. Room was clean and spacious. Despite being on the first floor next to the lobby, it was surprisingly quiet. The private balcony was an especially nice feature.
