Don't let the age of the location dissuade you. This location far exceeded my expectations, from the free full breakfast to the indoor pool and the spacious, updated suite with a cooktop and ocean view, this place was perfect.

great view of the bay in the back, make sure you get it, great effort from the staff in making reception area welcoming despite old, a lot of effort in cheering up the place, kids love so much effort for decoration in Christmas, was really nice, great staff for fixing things immediately, large rooms

The breakfast left a lot to be desired. The offerings did not include protein. Mostly carbs.
For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
We love how close it is to the beach. We enjoyed the hot tub and both the inside and outside pools. We arrived before 3 and were able to park on their property and use their amenities. The staff was very friendly.
GREAT LOCATION, SO CLOSE TO MANY RESTAURANTS, SHOPPING, BEACH AND BOARDWALK, THE HOTEL EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS AS FAR AS CLEANLINESS AND THE STAFF WAS PHENOMENAL, I HAVE BEEN GOING TO OCMD FOR YEARS AND MOST TIMES STAY IN BEACH BLOCK CONDOS, WHICH ARE VERY PRICY. I STUMBLED UPON DUNES COURT IN MY SEARCH AND FIGURED I WOULD GIVE IT A TRY AND I AM SO PLEASED THAT I DID, I WILL DEFINITELY BE RETURNING AND TRADING IN MY PRICY CONDO FOR THIS CUTE, CLEAN, AFFORDABLE, CONVENIENT HOTEL.
The hotel is amazing! Very clean and everything is new. Staff is very friendly. We didn’t hear any neighbours, it was quiet enough to sleep well. Just be advised, that the hotel is located near 123 street, and the boardwalk ends on 32nd street, so you will need to drive to the city center. However, the beach is located just across the street from the hotel and it’s not crowded. Highly recommend this hotel and North Ocean City!

boardwalk but in a quieter location. That said
there are plenty of restaurants, bars, fun parks
and a convenience store all within easy walking
distance.
