Overall, I am delighted with the accommodation. The owner is very easygoing, communicative, and available. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and straightforward. The building is very secure. I had my peace in the apartment, and everything you might need during your stay was available.

I did not have breakfast at the Lovely Room, walked over to Starbuck's. The room was exactly as described on booking.com. A lovely apartment with a very comfortable bedroom. The apartment was spotless. Easy to get to.

This is a very clean and well taken care of property with a friendly staff. The room felt clean and cozy. It was equipped with all you could wish for during a short stay: coffee maker, microwave oven, fridge, iron, and fan. Room temperature felt comfortable as well.

Location was exactly what we wanted. Walking distance from times square/broadway, but didn't feel like a touristy area. Check-in was convenient but would be difficult without a smartphone.

Lovely boutique hotel in a great location for sightseeing and generally having good accessibility to all neighbourhoods we wanted to visit via Grand Central. Comfortable rooms given the location. The lounge was a great space to spend time in given the rooms were small, the tea, coffee and snacks and quiet space was a great additional space to be able to use. Friendly and helpful staff as well and good housekeeping.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Feels like a luxury boutique hotel, the service was excellent and very welcoming, and the room was very comfortable. We would highly recommend this hotel. Love the expresso machines in the rooms , block out blinds and big bathrooms. Room was a good size with room to move around. Very quiet as well which is a big plus in a city like NYC.
Leo House is a charming old fashioned New York City style guesthouse. Situated in a good neighborhood only 50 meter from a blue line metro station (23rd street). Quiet at night and the guesthouse provides a fine continental breakfast and outdated but clean rooms. Staff is friendly and helpful. We liked it. Good spot to discover the city center. My choice for next time!
Location very easy and in city center, in Chelsea Manhattan. Near by subway and takeaways. Staff very helpful, polite and very professional, great location. I will be back again! Hotel is quiet. Good TV set with multiple choices. Hot water every day for shower and very comfortable bed.
