Very warm welcome and we enjoyed staying in an old style American house
For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
Great location - walking distance - to downtown Mayberry, Andy Griffith Museum and more! Terrific B and B! Comfortable! Very large bed and bathroom space. Breakfast each day was wonderful! Owner is awesome! Would definitely book again!
I slept amazing both nights! Quiet hotel, didn't even hear other people pull in after we had settled in for the night. Staff was super friendly. We generally stay at a different hotel when we come to my daughter's, but we'll be switching to the Bryson.
Breakfast was basic, room was small but comfortable. TV was confusing, need better instructions. Location was very good, near rextaurants but no ammenities, except quiet.
Staff was great. Friendly very nice. Room very clean, bed comfortable. Area quiet. Great location for what we were there for. And the copper pot restaurant across the street was awesome. Great food, awesome staff. And they put plenty of food on your plate. Thanks.
This is one of those former "mom and pop" style motels with perhaps 30 rooms on one level. It is well kept and the room was clean and very quiet. I would stay again as it was 30% cheaper than the Quality Inn which I also liked on previous stays but I like saving a few bucks if I'm only there for a restful sleep.
