The young woman who checked us in was awesome, we checked in late. She was very helpful, kind, and shared with us the amenities. There was a large group of folks visiting in the lobby and she handled it with grace. The room was clean, cool, and just what we needed after a long day.

The hotel was within walking distance of all the city centre attractions. The car park was directly across from the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was good value for money. The best part of the hotel is the roof top bar which has fantastic views over the Mississippi and Memphis.

Great location at the top of Beale Street but not too close to hear the noise. Cheap valet parking compared to other places in the States we’ve stayed at. Liked the design of the room. Cafe & pool room downstairs

The hotel was in a great location, handy for all attractions - both trolley stops were pretty much outside - but out of the way enough to be quiet. Suite was incredibly spacious. Rooftop bar views were stunning - especially at sunset!

The accommodation is spacious, clean, well equipped, and comfortable (the parental bedroom has it private bathroom), in a quiet area nearby the National Civil Rights Museum and at walking distance from Beale Street (less than 10 min) and other places of interest in Memphis. We liked the design. The place is easy to find and parking is available in the street in front of the building.

Great location, fantastic facilities. Easily situated for all Downtown locations. Felt really safe and secure. Cool feel and decor. Quiet enough at night, great provision of eye masks and earplugs as an added touch.

Great location for walking into the city centre and the riverfront; 100m from the Civil Rights Museum. Very comfortable and charming lounge, with a bar, coffee, pastries, wifi, sofas, armchairs. Bedroom was a lovely design, and large (Bigger Studio). The streetcar stop is literally outside the front door ($2 for a full day pass). The coffee / pastries bar is delightful (good for breakfast also) although some healthier, non-pastry options would be helpful. Very friendly and helpful staff throughout.
