The overall experience staying in an historical Mansion is hard to beat.
Our hosts were very welcoming though we were out most of the days we stayed enjoying the area during great weather, so we would have liked to get to know them better.
The hosts work very hard to please with a wonderful breakfast that each course is explained in detail.

The room was decent the beds were a little uncomfortable.
For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
This is the first time we have stayed at a bed and breakfast. The house was very nice and well taken care of. The landscaping is pretty. The house is very well secured with cypher locks on the doors. Staff immediately responded when we had questions. Water was nice and hot. House was very clean. Located very close to the lake shore.
This hotel is more like a wonderful bed and breakfast. Extremely clean, spacious room, delicious home cooked breakfast choices. Quiche with fresh friut, granola with yoghurt and fresh fruit and home made bread and spreads. Highly recommend a stay at Summers Inn Ludington MI
Not a world class breakfast, but quite nice selection.
Rooms are ok and quiet, heating system a little bit noisy but ok.
Frontdesk manager very friendly.
Great location near Stearns Park. I was worried about getting a “pet friendly room” for the first time but there was no evidence pets had stayed in there before, it was perfectly clean. There is a great yard area with doggie clean up station that was perfect for our dog, and I didn’t find random piles of poo anywhere on the property. Furthermore, the room was fairly updated/modern. Our room had vaulted ceilings.
