The host and hostess were very nice. The breakfasts were quite good since they were cooked to our individual tastes. The bed and pillows were comfortable. A drop leaf table in the room provided adequate space for when we wanted to eat in the room. The bathroom was clean and updated.

The breakfast food was wonderful and the conversation pleasant. I enjoyed the single rose blooming just outside the dining room window.
The room was very comfortable and the bath salts were greatly appreciated. I even had my own private outside entrance!
I enjoyed a short evening stroll around the garden setting in the rear, especially the koi pond.

I’d like my money back since there was no water for me to shower and that was the primary reason for the rental. If I receive that back I will delete any and all negatives about the property! The lady was nice though.
This 19th century Black Mountain, North Carolina property features a full breakfast and large on-site garden. Free Wi-Fi provided in every room. Downtown Asheville is 15 miles away.

Limited time to check in. between 4 and 6pm. I called the site several times (6) and the voicemail was full, no one answered the phone. On the 7th attempt, a woman answered, wasn't truly helpful and kind of rude, like I was bothering her...
For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
Very cozy and comfortable bed and breakfast. The hosts are wonderful and very friendly people. The breakfasts are deliciously and freshly made every morning by the chef/owner. It's also pet friendly. I am definitely going back.
Everything was top notch!! Yes.....everything and we travel a lot ..........and often say at B and B type accomodations!
