I was pleasantly surprised to find that there was a shuttle into town from our l hotel location. Meals were offered in addition to the tasty breakfast included in the room price.

The location was perfect. Our cruise was right across the street. The room was comfortable and very quiet. The staff was very nice and they had someone to help book excursions in the lobby.

Great location - very easy to walk to the downtown area. The room was adequately comfortable and worked for what we needed. The staff was great during checkin and responded to my questions and requests. We did not have a car so we walked and took tours to see Mendenhall Glacier and to go whale watching - it was a nice walk to get to the tour pick-up point.
