Being right on the lake was fantastic. We loved that we had all 3 stories and it technically wasn’t attached. It was well thought out in every way. Loved the fireplace on the deck.

Phil and Kim were super friendly, welcoming hosts, the rooms were clean and comfy, and the breakfast was excellent. They were able to accommodate a food allergy with no problem. The common rooms were nice, and were a place we felt comfortable hanging out in. Sometimes, in a smaller sized inn, you can feel like you are intruding into the hosts house or feel like you are "on top" of the other guests, but Phil and Kim have found a great balance between the coziness of a bed & breakfast, while still providing a sense of privacy in the guest rooms. We would definitely stay there again, and highly recommend it!

The place is very cozy and sweet. The staff is very responsible and kind although we came late due to the weather. Breakfast is customized and we feel as comfortable as at home.
For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
Beautiful bed and breakfast. The room was as represented, well sized, and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The owner was there to greet us on arrival and was very friendly. The gardens were gorgeous.
Beautiful, spacious, historical inn and gardens in charming small town. Attentive friendly host and excellent breakfasts with accommodation for special diets. Helpful in advising what is in the neighbourhood. Every detail attended to, from parking, welcome entry, elegant dining room, soaps and chocolate. A dream come true.
I enjoyed staying at the Sinclar Inn! Kyle and Cassidy welcomed me and I felt welcome! The room was very spacious and very clean, as was the private bathroom. My room looked out on the beautiful garden. The B&B is an old historic but renovated house, 30 minutes drive from Burlington, but conveniently located in beautiful Vermont. There is a nice atmosphere, easy contact with other guests, a good breakfast.
It doesn’t get better than this! Kyle is a great host and breakfast cook. We felt right at home at the Sinclair Inn and enjoyed the quiet, spacious room and wonderful living room after a few intense days of travel. Not only the breakfast was special class but also the cookies and drinks for free self service.
Kyle and Holly cooked different breakfast every day with recipes that they came up with. Ingredients were locally sourced and home-cooked breakfast was very intimate and considerate. It was a very charming place too with a cozy living room (common area) where people can relax and have fresh fruit and cookies. Our room was very cute and clean, and most importantly the bed was incredibly comfortable. I personally felt like I was an exchange student in a very nice home-stay type of dorm (with amazingly cute decor/interior design).
beautiful bed and breakfast with some of the best breakfasts around. The rooms are clean. Style is very much a Vermont experience, victorian house, clean fresh country feels inside with modern amenities, wifi, TVs, and plug-ins.
