Location is great if you want to be in town, which we did. Walked up the stairs and skiied to Town Lift. Room was spacious.

A simple 3-stat hotel in a great location. The room was huge, comfortable and very clean. I was really surprised by the quality of the breakfast. Despite being close to the road, it was quiet enough.

Everything was wonderful except for the road traffic outside. There are 2 very busy roads that kept us awake. No fault of bed and breakfast. Just the location. The house is amazing! The breakfast was amazing! The staff were amazing!
Front desk staff was really friendly, great location (20min drive to Park City), rooms were really nice and clean, and they also have a pool (closed in the winter) and hot tub. Rooms are nicely decorated.
