We arrived a few days after a snowstorm, and the final half mile was on icy packed snow over gravel road. Otherwise the location was lovely, surrounded by farms and vineyards. The house is very large and in perfect condition. Our suite was roomy and well-appointed. Breakfast was very nice, and the kitchen was open 24/7 with access to tea, coffee, fruit, and a few baked goods. Olga, the owner, gave us good advice about attractions in the area.

A beautiful house with its own history. Great location, 10-15 minutes walk from the station, great for a family or group, great and very friendly host.
This Bed and Breakfast was amazing..our room, Suite #1 was really large, comfortable bed, lovely linens, and a bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub, separate shower, separate toilet room and double vanity. The common rooms were quaint and very comfortable. Breakfast was the best home made breakfast we have ever had at a B and B….baked egg with ham on top of hash downs, sausage, small salad and yogurt with berries, orange juice, delicious coffee and brown bread.
The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and the staff was very friendly and ready to help with any question. At night it was very quiet, although the place is next to a busy road.
It was also ideal to visit the historic town on foot.
