Seal Cove Inn, hotel in Half Moon Bay

Ideally situated on a bluff above the Pacific Ocean, Seal Cove Inn is located in Half Moon Bay, just 30 minutes' drive from San Francisco.

The people who run the Inn are truely wonderful. The location is also amazing. Right next to the beach, and from walking distance from a great restaurant. The rooms are spacious, and having a small terrace is great to enjoy the pretty garden. You have little squirls, rabits and birds just a couple of meters away. The breakfast is almost all home made, with consideration of the envirnment, and also the bath supplies were made by locals and smelled fantastic.

Quality Inn Half Moon Bay-Miramar Beach, hotel in Half Moon Bay

The Quality Inn hotel is centrally located near Silicon Valley and San Francisco. In addition to standard amenities, all guest rooms come with refrigerators, microwaves and coffee makers.

Comfy room with fridge, micro and coffeemaker. Directly at Cabrillo Hwy, so really noisy. Stuff seems not really interested in guests. Breakfast is bagels and waffles, Cheerios and Froutloops, apples, bananas and oranges, coffee, tea or chocolate.

We stayed 11 days in the "Light Ship" room and enjoyed every day with a delicious warm breakfast, fresh fruit, 24h coffee/tee/water and the complimentary glass of wine in the evening. The ladies of the service were always very friendly and helpful. The location at Main Street is ideally located close to Highway #1 with restaurants nearby and beach /costal trail access in 10 min. walking distance.

The boutique hotel has a lot of potential. The outside courtyard was well fitted out with chairs and tables. It was a sun trap. The rooms looked nice. The complimentary wine was a nice feature.

Charming hotel, greeted by loads of flowers and cozy interiors. Stayed in the Botticelli room; was spacious enough to accommodate two large open suitcases. Comfortable bed and pillows. Stayed early May and it was quiet at night. Free parking onsite. Short jog down to the coastal trail and very close to the main road with restaurants, cafes and gift shops.

Lovely building and pleasant garden on walking distance from the wonderful Moss Beach (4 mins on foot through a cypress forest) with a year-round harbour seal colony. Fantastic weekend escape. Staff were welcoming, rooms were large with minimalist furnishing, spotless in every aspect. Small but great breakfast, centred generous helpings of fresh fruit.

Location, view and room were all excellent. It’s impossible to miss the ocean with it being 75 feet from the rooms private balcony. The overall feel was that of a quaint bed an breakfast. Will come back for sure!
